Verification of Corrective Action Request (CAR) Follow-up

In order to guarantee the quality of all units in Universitas Brawijaya (UB), on Thursday, July 8, 2021, Quality Assurance Center (QAC) held the meeting of Verification of Corrective Action Request (CAR) Follow-up.

Corrective Action Request (CAR) follow-up based on Internal Quality Audit (IQA) findings. Follow-up of CAR is part of the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) Cycle. This activity is a mandate from government regulations about Quality Assurance System of Higher Education. Currently, UB has run the 19th IQA. All efforts of UB in carrying out quality assurance also answer one of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology programs in reporting the implementation of the 2021 Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) online through the IQAS Reporting Application.

This meeting was attended by the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs (Prof. Dr. Aulanni’am), Vice Deans for Academic Affairs; Heads of Faculty Quality Assurance Unit and QAC members. This meeting has a purpose to hold coordination and perception related to the implementation of verification activities with the Vice Deans for Academic Affairs and Heads of Faculty Quality Assurance Unit.

The Verification of CAR Follow-up is divided into two batches. Batch 1 consists of 16 faculties and 61 study programs. Batch 2 consists of 45 departments and 115 study programs. Verifier batch 1 by QAC and batch 2 by each faculty.
