The Information and Public Relations Division of Universitas Brawijaya (UB) held a Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) of Feedback Management (UB-Care) and Community Satisfaction Surveys in UB today which were held at Amartha Hills Resort & Convention, Batu. This activity was attended by all UB Faculty and Work Unit leaders and began with directions from Prof.Dr.Muchamad Ali Safaat,S.H,.M.H. As Deputy Chancellor for Finance and Resources.
The Quality Assurance Institution represented by Eko Setiawan, S.T.,M.T.,M.Eng., Ph.D. as Head of the Quality Internal Audit Center of LPM UB was asked to be a guest speaker with the theme “Feedback Service and Community Satisfaction Survey in Quality Management Perspective.” In his material, he explained the importance of managing feedback and community satisfaction surveys in order to support UB’s quality management system. He also emphasized that UB-Care can be the main tool to improve and increase the quality of services and education in UB.
After the presentation session, it was followed by discussion and questions and answers for activity participants. During the discussion, the participants actively asked questions and gave ideas regarding the management of feedback and community satisfaction surveys in UB. Many of them stated that UB-Care is the right solution to facilitate improving the quality of services and education at UB with the appreciation and aspirations conveyed.
This activity is UB’s effort in encouraging and continuous improvement (continuous improvement) quality of service quality and education quality as conveyed by the Head of UB’s Quality Internal Audit Center, “I hope this activity can be a means to improve and improve the quality of service and education in UB, as well as proof of our commitment to fulfilling quality management standards that have been set.” ( Citra/LPM )
