10th cycle IQA for academic service units 2012
University is a center of formal education for developing, educating and directing students to produce professionals. In this process, the university performance should meet the national or international standards. Therefore, planning, executing, and evaluating are the process to achieve the required standards.
National standard adopted by UB is BAN-PT standards consisting 7 standards (number 1 to 7), whereas, to achieve the world-class university, international standards of ISO 9001:2008 has applied. To meet the required standards, internal audit is conducted to measure the achievement of all standards. Therefore, the BAN-PT standards was applied for 10th cycle of internal audit.
The scope of 10th IQA are as follows:
- Corrective actions for IQA 9th cycle and 2nd cycle LRQA.
- Conformity between system and implementation QMS ISO 9001: 2008.
- Work performance standards BAN-PT article 7.
The 10th cycle audit results show that the management review and follow-up the evaluation of management review are insufficient. To comply with the BAN-PT standard quality, rector should make policy and effort to assure the quality of research of study program.
