Organizational Structure of QAC

In accordance with the organizational structure of QAC UB sets the main tasks and functions of each person as follows:

Head

  1. Become the top management for the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System which is integrated with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System at QAC UB.
  2. Coordinating, planning, monitoring, and evaluating the implementation of tasks carried out by each Deputy and Head of the Center at QAC UB.
  3. Responsible for the implementation of the duties of QAC UB and reporting them to the Rector.

Secretary

  1. Coordinating and preparing plans, programs, and budgets.
  2. Representing the Head of QAC.
  3. Carry out staffing affairs within the QAC environment.
  4. Carry out financial affairs within the QAC.
  5. Managing goods belonging to UB or state-owned in the QAC environment.
  6. Facilitating the implementation of institutional arrangements and bureaucratic reforms, as well as monitoring, evaluating, and reporting QAC.

Deputy of Organizational Accreditation 

  1. Conduct policy and budget planning of accreditation of the organization.
  2. Carry out the implementation and development of organizational accreditation.
  3. Coordinating the implementation and development of organizational accreditation.
  4. Monitoring and evaluating the implementation and development of organizational accreditation.
  5. Report on the implementation of tasks in the field of organizational accreditation to the Head of QAC.

Deputy of Educational Accreditation

  1. Conduct policy planning and budget for education accreditation.
  2. Carry out the implementation and development of educational accreditation.
  3. Coordinating the implementation and development of educational accreditation.
  4. Monitoring and evaluating the implementation and development of educational accreditation.
  5. Report on the implementation of tasks in the field of educational accreditation to the Head of QAC.

Deputy of University Ranking

  1. Conducting policy planning and ranking budgets.
  2. Carry out the implementation and development of rankings.
  3. Coordinating the implementation and development of the ranking.
  4. Monitoring and evaluating the implementation and development of rankings.
  5. Report on the implementation of duties in the field of ranking to the Head of QAC.

Head of Internal Quality Assurance System Center

  1. Implement policies, programs, and activities in the field of internal quality assurance systems.
  2. Report on the implementation of duties to the Deputy of Organizational Accreditation and the Head of QAC.

Head of Internal Quality Audit Center

  1. Implement policies, programs, and activities in the field of quality internal audit.
  2. Report on the implementation of duties to the Deputy of Organizational Accreditation and the Head of QAC.

Head of National Accreditation Center

  1. Implement policies, programs, and activities in the field of national accreditation.
  2. Report on the implementation of duties to the Deputy of Educational Accreditation and the Head of QAC.

Head of International Accreditation Center 

  1. Implement policies, programs, and activities in the field of international accreditation.
  2. Report on the implementation of duties to the Deputy of Educational Accreditation and the Head of QAC.

Head of National Reputation Center

  1. Implement policies, programs, and activities in the field of national reputation.
  2. Report on the implementation of duties to the Deputy of University Ranking and the Head of QAC.

Head of International Reputation Center

  1. Implement policies, programs, and activities in the field of international reputation.
  2. Report on the implementation of duties to the Deputy of University Ranking and the Head of QAC.

Head of Administration

  1. Conducting planning, finance, staffing, governance, administration, household affairs, and management of QAC facilities and infrastructure.
  2. Report on the implementation of duties to the Head of QAC.

Head of Program Division

  1. Preparing QAC plans, programs, activities, and budgets.
  2. Report on the implementation of duties to the Head of Administration and the Head of QAC.

Head of Data and Information Division

  1. Collecting, processing, and servicing QAC data and information.
  2. Report on the implementation of duties to the Head of Administration and the Head of QAC.

Supporting Staffs

  1. Assist in the management of secretariat activities, documentation systems, human resources, finance, assets, information systems, and management reviews.
  2. Assist in the planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of the QAC program as mandated.
  3. Assist with other work related to QAC tasks.
