The role of the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) to support the External Quality Assurance System (EQAS) is getting bigger. In this case, what is meant by EQAS are all the criteria/requirements that must be met by UB, namely accreditation and ranking.
To make IQAS an early warning mechanism, it is necessary to integrate IQAS into IQAS of UB. Among the ways to integrate the EQAS is the adjustment of the IQAS documents and the implementation of the Internal Quality Audit (IQA) which is the task of the Quality Assurance Center (QAC).
As a university level quality assurance organ, QAC has designed the IQAS document system in UB and synergizes with related units to develop a Quality Assurance Information System (SIQA), as well as prepare IQAS document templates to be used as a reference for units in UB.
With the importance of delivering information about internal needs (IQAS) and rankings (EQAS), QAC held a “Dissemination of IQA’s Scope and Ranking Criteria” on Thursday, 11 August 2022.
