University Brawijaya held a Workshop on Verification of CAR at Faculty Level and Supporting Units. This activity was attended by the 2022 PTK Verification Auditor from Brawijaya University, together with the Quality Assurance Institute (LPM) Team. This workshop is a follow-up to the Chancellor’s Letter of Assignment Number 158/UN10/JM.00.04/2023 concerning Internal Auditors for Verification of Corrective Action Requests (PTK) at the Faculty and Supporting Unit levels.
The event began with remarks, directions and official opening by Dr. Shinta Hadiyantina, S.H., M.H., as Chair of the Quality Assurance Agency. He gave an introduction and the importance of PTK verification in improving the university’s internal quality.
The workshop began with the presentation of the first material on the Technical Explanation of the Implementation of PTK Verification by resource person Eko Setiawan, S.T., M.Eng., Ph.D., as Head of the AIM Center (Internal and Quality Accreditation). This material provides an in-depth understanding of the process and steps for implementing PTK verification.
Furthermore, the LPM Secretariat Team delivered a second material regarding the Discussion of Faculty-Level PTK Verification and Supporting Units (Independent Work). In this material, the team explains the aspects that are evaluated in the CAR verification and provides guidance to participants regarding the necessary preparations.
The workshop continued with the submission of work results by Eko Setiawan, S.T., M.Eng., Ph.D., as Head of the AIM Center. The results of this work are contributions from PTK verification auditors in order to improve and improve the university’s internal quality.
The event was closed by Dr. Shinta Hadiyantina, S.H., M.H., as Chair of the Quality Assurance Institute (LPM), who thanked all workshop participants for their participation and contribution.
By holding this workshop, the Quality Assurance Institute (LPM) Universitas Brawijaya has shown its commitment to improving internal quality through the verification of PTK at the faculty level and supporting units.
