Every personnel involved in LPM UB has a big influence on the quality of products, services and services. Every personnel in the LPM UB organization has competencies based on education, training and experience. The Chair of LPM UB will always ensure that the required competencies and experience are in accordance with effective organizational performance standards.

To fulfill the demands for responsibilities as stipulated in the SMM, LPM UB:

  1. Placing personnel according to their competence in relevant fields so that the quality of service products is guaranteed.
  2. Organize training and mentoring for new personnel.
  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of processes, performance and actions taken.
  4. Ensure the involvement, concern and contribution of each personnel in efforts to achieve the vision and mission, goals and tasks of LPM.
  5. Maintenance of records commensurate with training and work experience.

QAC-UB staff will have a big impact on service quality. QAC staff have competencies in accordance with their education, training and experience. The QAC head must ensure that the required competencies and experience match the organization’s performance.

To implement a good Quality Management System, QAC-UB has the following tasks:

  • Placing staff according to their competence in relevant positions to ensure the quality of services provided.
  • To provide training and mentoring for beginners
  • To evaluate processes, performance and required actions.
  • To ensure staff involvement and awareness to achieve quality objectives.
  • To maintain records according to staff training and work experience.

QAC staff are representatives of faculties or study programs at UB. Staff are selected based on recommendations from colleagues and approved by the Faculty Dean or Head of Study Program.
